The Gers Chamber of Commerce and Industry is pleased to invite you to the Final Seminar of the project GRISI
(Geomatic Regional Information Society Initiative) that will take place on:
15 April 2008 at the Conseil Régional of Midi-Pyrenees, Toulouse, France
GRISI is a Regional Framework Operation funded by INTERREG IIIC South programme.
The objective of GRISI is to prove the impact of geolocalisation and the use of geoportals in the areas of governance, economy and territorial identity, but also in the cooperation with the other European regions (especially the regions of the new EU Member States).
During the Seminar, the results of the initiatives developed in the framework of the GRISI project will be presented. These initiatives focused on the Geomatics applications in various thematic areas such as the reinforcement of attractiveness of the rural territories, the map view of the local public services, the traceability of agricultural products and the promotion of the local tourist offer.
This event will also be the excellent occasion to establish the dissemination and the capitalisation of all these GRISI results on a new INTERREG IVC project and on new partnerships for the new programme.
